Hommage 3 Fonteinen is a raspberry lambic beer with an alcohol percentage of 5.8%. The beer is obtained by ripening raspberries in young lambic. A limited amount of cherries is added for the color. The name “Homage” refers to the tribute that brewer Armand Debelder wanted to pay to his father Gaston Debelder.
