The Chimay Bleue is the strongest and most complex of the Trappist beers of the Abbey of Notre Dame de Scourmont. It offers a very characteristic bouquet of spices and a fruity nose. In the mouth, it gives a long bitterness and translates a pronounced roasting.

Returns
